The Association Board of Official Truth Examiners, hereby determines the case against Dr. Andrew Wakefield to be an intentional fraud, given the non pharma and CDC unbiased evidence as to the facts of the case that exist. We decide in favor of the children that have been forever harmed by the MMR vaccine, as well as by many other vaccines. We recognize the ability of biomedical treatment to reverse autism, and which adds even more credibility to the level of fraud surrounding the Andrew Wakefield case. We have determined that the national and world media have been intentionally duped by the pharma, CDC and Academy of Pediatrics. We have as well determined that this case is as well a desperate act in regard to the increasing need by these false powers that be, to deny the yearly increases in autism and childhood disorders that increased parallel to the quadrupling of vaccines, since the 1987 advent of the National Vaccine Compensation Act. It is in the interest of the children that no stone remain unturned in the quest to present the science of this needless autism epidemic, and as well the issues that relate to the fact that children are sicker than they have ever been, and that they have been harmed neurologically as well as immunologically. Only when the issue of vaccines surrounds complete unbiased honesty and adds into its analysis of determinations, the field and expertise of toxicologists and toxicology as well; will we ever see unbiased information and reporting in the media, and as well real understanding of human physiological health care.

National Vaccine Compensation Act - how much has been paid out!
$2,133,732,901.23 Has been paid out, and how much more would have been paid out, if they had all been properly compensated, and not turned down/dismised? How about if every parent had filed that could have? Only 307 MMR cases paid, 347 MMR cases dismissed. Because of this unfair compensation system enacted in 1987, it lets doctors and vaccine makers, the FDA and CDC entirely off the legal hook!
It is well known that VAERS has only a 1 to 10% reporting factor. So what is the filing factor percentage of total claims that could have been filed through the National Vaccine Compensation Act, verses those that were? Then compare the total claims that could have been filed verses the ones that would be turned down for time frame and other frivilous reasons they have put into that act as policy. How can aluminum affect my health?
Only very small amounts of aluminum that you may inhale, ingest, or have skin contact with will enter the bloodstream.
Exposure to aluminum is usually not harmful, but exposure to high levels can affect your health. Workers who breathe large amounts of aluminum dusts can have lung problems, such as coughing or abnormal chest X-rays. Some workers who breathe aluminum dusts or aluminum fumes have decreased performance in some tests that measure functions of the nervous system.
Some people with kidney disease store a lot of aluminum in their bodies and sometimes develop bone or brain diseases which may be caused by the excess aluminum. Some studies show that people exposed to high levels of aluminum may develop Alzheimer's disease, but other studies have not found this to be true. We do not know for certain whether aluminum causes Alzheimer's disease.
Studies in animals show that the nervous system is a sensitive target of aluminum toxicity. Obvious signs of damage were not seen in animals after high oral doses of aluminum. However, the animals did not perform as well in tests that measured the strength of their grip or how much they moved around.
We do not know if aluminum will affect reproduction in people. Aluminum does not appear to affect fertility in animals.

I would like to begin by proposing that we use the terms vaccinated and unvaccinated instead of immunized and unimmunized, since the basis of the vaccination controversy is the belief of many parents that the vaccines do not produce a true immunity', but rather act in some other fashion--or, in my view, that they act immunosuppressively.
This may sound like a purely semantic distinction, but in fact it bears directly on the first question raised above. If the vaccines conferred a true immunity, as the natural illnesses do, then the unvaccinated people would pose a risk only to themselves. Children recovering from the measles or polio or whooping cough need never fear getting them again, no matter how often they are reexposed in the future. So, the reports of large-scale pertussis outbreaks in the United Kingdom since the vaccine was made optional seem to me a convincing argument against vaccinating anybody, even those who desire it, because if the vaccine produces authentic immunity, then this rebound phenomenon should not occur.
Furthermore, we should be skeptical about the "outbreaks" that are reported to have occurred. Pertussis, or "whooping cough," is actually rather difficult to diagnose conclusively, as it requires special cultures or antibody tests that many laboratories cannot perform and that many doctors, in the presence of suggestive symptoms, rarely take the trouble to order. Conversely, there are other cases of pertussis with typical signs and symptoms but negative cultures and no detectable antibodies. In other words, whooping cough as a clinical syndrome need not be associated with the organism Bordetella pertussis, against which the vaccine is prepared, or indeed with any microorganism whatsoever.
Reservoirs of people unvaccinated against measles, mumps, or diphtheria, on the other hand, should result in periodic outbreaks of these diseases. But again, authentic immunity, would insure that only the unvaccinated would fall ill, which has never proved to be the case. All known out breaks of these diseases in the post vaccine era have included large numbers of vaccinated people as well; an. in many instances a large majority of the cases had previously been vaccinated, some of them quite recently. The argument that parents should vaccinate their children to protect society as a whole from epidemic does not make sense. Such epidemic argue rather against vaccinating the ones who were vaccinated but still came down with the disease as soon as they were exposed to it. Likewise, if we accept partial or temporary immunity--conceding that the vaccine are not that effective, but that we have no other alternative to these rebound epidemics--then are we not simply throwing good lives after bad, rather like acknowledging that our patients are addicted to dangerous drugs yet fearing to withdraw them or even withhold them from others, lest the original error be fully or frankly exposed?

Treatment with Tween 80 accelerated maturation, prolonged the oestrus cycle, and induced persistent vaginal oestrus. The relative weight of the uterus and ovaries was decreased relative to the untreated controls. Squamous cell metaplasia of the epithelial lining of the uterus and cytological changes in the uterus were indicative of chronic oestrogenic stimulation. Ovaries were without corpora lutea, and had degenerative follicles.

There were reports of mothers, babysitters, and caregivers contracting Polio by changing diapers or coming in contact with body fluids of recipients. The "shedding" period was suppose to last only 2 weeks, but vaccine recipients with weakened immune systems were still "shedding" the virus 10 or more years later.
The vaccine was later found to be contaminated. It contained a live monkey virus called Simian 40 Virus, also known as SV40. Although the FDA knew of the vaccine was contaminated with a Monkey Virus, drug companies had already churned out millions of doses. A decision was made to continue the vaccination program by the government, "for the greater good of the people."
The highly carcinogenetic strain of the SV40 monkey virus, with its unique DNA from the polio vaccine, is now reportedly found in 61% of all new tumors.
Allergies and food allergies are virtually unknown in developing countries without vaccinations, while countries that demand vaccinating children are paying the price with more children suffering development delay and death far surpass the potential good that vaccines can deliver. Until the medical community reduces the "vaccine load," children will suffer more, while the $2.3 Trillion Dollar Medical Community will increase its earnings by providing new and better drugs to compensate for the harm they continue to do from the profits they continue to make from the mandatory vaccinations they continue to request from the government they control with the money they make from fear and ignorance.

Around 1872, with 98% of the population between ages 2 and 50 vaccinated against smallpox, England experienced its worst ever smallpox outbreak, with 45,000 deaths. - In the USA, from July 1990 to November 1993, the US Food and Drug Administration counted a total of 54,072 adverse reactions following vaccination.
